From the beginning, Kelly arranged an appointment for Mark to visit our home and assist us with our water quality concerns. First, Mark analyzed our water quality and in a very simply and thorough way, described the problems in detail along with the options we had. From there we made an informed decision on what model fit our water needs and finances. The actual installation took place a few days later and was done very professionally and tidy. The technician explained how the equipment worked and answered all of my questions. The equipment has worked flawlessly, just as Mark said it would.
