Great people! The owner and his staff are committed to being the best in their business sector! The techs are honest, professional and very patient in helping their customers (me) understand what is needed or not needed to keep my water system running like new. They also offer plumbing services and I've had them in for a couple of problems that have arisen. They performed (same techs) very satisfactorily here too. Too bad that they don't do sprinkler irrigation repair. I'll have to have someone else help me with that.

Wonderful service. I called in a panic with big leak. Office contacted technician who called back right away, helped me shut things off until he arrived. He explained situation and repaired problem. Was professional, courteous and fixed the problem. Great experience for a bad situation.

Just had a full home RO system installed. Everything was fully explained by Bill prior to the install. He spent hours with my wife and I until we were knowledgeable enough to make an informed decision. Their service techs are outstanding, very knowledgeable, and very respectful. The ladies in the office are spot on. They can get the ball rolling and are very pleasant to work with. We had a few bumps in the road with my well and they would not quit until they had it perfect. They stand behind their work and went the extra mile for me. Thank you to Bill and his team!!! P.S. My water is fabulous!

We have a well that has been serviced and maintained by certain services for the past 5 years. They have always done an outstanding job maintaining our well from system failures to adding water softeners for us and our house tenants. When we decided to move in full time and retire in our home in North Port, Florida the water quality was horrible with obnoxious. sulphuric odor and quality was terrible as our well showed signs of salinity levels, which were eating away at our faucets and water closets in our bathrooms. Certain water recommended a whole house RO SYSTEM to purify and rid the horrible smell of sulphur gas spewing from the water spickits. Although it was costly to put in, Bill the owner of Certain Water services gave us loyalty credits and reduced the price for installation by a fair discounted price.Well... needless to say we had it done and the water quality went from “sick and disqusting” to purely amazing and odor free. The water now is the same and in most cases better than the purified bottle water you buy to drink in stores. The installation crew was outstanding and they took the time to explain the workings and did a thorough outstanding job installing the system. Certain Services installed our water system seven years ago. During those seven years we have had no major problems. We have had a few minor, normal wear and tear, issues that, with a phone call were dealt with at a very reasonable cost, usually the same day or the next. The technicians are great and are more than willing to answer any questions that you might have in language that you will understand no matter your skill level. I would advise anyone with a plumbing or water problem to call this company.

I live in North Port and had problems getting water from my well. I went to many different well services that said I needed to create a new well. Certain Water Service was able to install an outside pump that was able to get water from my well. This saved me a huge deal of time and money,. I highly recommend them.

They fixed my North Port sulfur water!!! What else can you say? That smell was my biggest complaint with our house, the chlorine we used with ok results was destroying our washers and hot water heaters. They just installed a new air injection system and there is NO MORE SULFUR SMELL! Best part is there isn’t any chemicals. Thanks guys! Couldn’t be a happier customer!

The service tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't even mind being called out to my place on a Friday afternoon (showed up around 4:40pm) and then proceeded to fix my problem right there and then, even though the job took over an hour to complete. I totally expected him to tell me he didn't have the part and would have to come back but he didn't and that says volumes about the integrity of not only the technician but the company as well. Bill Certain (owner) definitely, has a passion for water!! As a realtor I have use several different companies... However, after using Certain Water as my personal water company, that is the only water company I will refer. Certain Water has the most knowledge when it comes to water. And to top it off their employees beam with personality & work ethic. Even if you ask one of their employees, they highly respect Bill Certain, not just because he's their boss, but because they too truly believe in what Certain Water does and customer service! So if you live in Charlotte or Sarasota County and have a crappy water (which we all do) definitely give Certain Water a call!!! They can do anything with the water, except walk on it!

I have used them for 3 years now and have never had a problem with their professionalism or character.06/27/2016 most recently I was in need of a newer well system. Certain water service has done it again. They installed the best system for my water source and now my water is smell free. They took the time to get it right. I wrote a review a year ago, and still cannot believe how professional and dependable Bill and his staff are, so I thought I'd do an edit. I called Bill when I had no water about a month ago, his team came out and quickly solved the problem, nothing I could have fixed myself... I called today, thinking maybe it was the same issue, and Bill trouble-shot my issue over the phone and gave me an easy fix (it was a separate issue, not even related to the previous service call). I am dumbfounded that this even happens in this day and age, I am not very knowledgeable about water systems and I appreciate that Bill is honest and really cares about giving his customers the best service. Six years now, and I won't do business with any other water company.Past review: I have been a customer of Certain Water Service for about 5 years now. I am always impressed with the quality of service that I receive. From emergencies to general maintenance, I always feel like my issue is being handled promptly and professionally. I highly recommend them, and will continue to call upon them for all of my water-related needs.

Prior to calling Certain Water Services, I had consulted with another local water service provider but had a bad customer service experience. That's when I called Certain Water Services. Bill Certain responded immediately by phone and in person to evaluate the system. He had Joe dispatched to my home the following morning. It turned out to be a bigger job than expected but Bill came through with the needed well pump in less than an hour, and Joe got the job done by the end of day. Certain Water Services exceeded my expectations in every way!

I do not write reviews very often BUT Certain Water Services deserves this review. They have gone out of there way to make my water at my home the best it can be. There prices are extremely reasonable and they take the time to explain what you can do to get the best tasting water. Bill Certain is a professional. Whether you live on a well service or city water, he can make your water the best it has ever tasted, He and his team will do the job right and you can be certain (no pun intended) of that!
