Our service man was Joe, he arrived earlier than expected which was a blessing since we were without water. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain every answer for every question I had. On top of fixing the pipes to the well, I asked if he could explain my water softener and how to...set my timer. He explained everything and set my timer to go off at a better time. Joe and his helper were very polite and respectful. I am very satisfied with the work completed and the cost. Installing a new service and then forgetting who you are seems the way of businesses today. Not this company. I had what I thought was an issue with my filtration system. Bill came out to our house and checked out the system himself, located the problem, and fixed it for me. It was bacteria in...the hot water heater and had nothing to do with the filtration system, but he fixed it anyway. This is the kind of company and people you want to be doing business with. They have my highest recommendation.read more

From the beginning, Kelly arranged an appointment for Mark to visit our home and assist us with our water quality concerns. First, Mark analyzed our water quality and in a very simply and thorough way, described the problems in detail along with the options we had. From there we made an informed decision on what model fit our water needs and finances. The actual installation took place a few days later and was done very professionally and tidy. The technician explained how the equipment worked and answered all of my questions. The equipment has worked flawlessly, just as Mark said it would. Mark is due back in a few days to test our water again, to be sure it is calibrated perfectly. End of story. Thank you Certain Services for an outstanding experience and great water!"

I was impressed with the accuracy of the time given for the arrival of the technician and his knowledge and efficiency in diagnosing the problem once he arrived. I was very pleased when he said he had a replacement pump on the truck and got to work immediately. I have worked in the plumbing supply business for over 40 years and am no stranger to actual plumbing installations. Cody was the consummate professional. He went about the pump replacement in an organized and expert manner. The bill was well within the range that I had surmised it would be.
