We had a wonderful experience with Tyler coming to repair our well pump on Memorial Day. He was very friendly and came promptly after my emergency phone call. He did a great job, and it didn't take that long. We were up and running in no time. I would certainly recommend their company to anyone. We are so grateful for them helping us out on a holiday.

From the beginning, Kelly arranged an appointment for Mark to visit our home and assist us with our water quality concerns. First, Mark analyzed our water quality and in a very simply and thorough way, described the problems in detail along with the options we had. From there we made an informed decision on what model fit our water needs and finances. The actual installation took place a few days later and was done very professionally and tidy. The technician explained how the equipment worked and answered all of my questions. The equipment has worked flawlessly, just as Mark said it would. Mark is due back in a few days to test our water again, to be sure it is calibrated perfectly. End of story. Thank you Certain Services for an outstanding experience and great water!"

I was impressed with the accuracy of the time given for the arrival of the technician and his knowledge and efficiency in diagnosing the problem once he arrived. I was very pleased when he said he had a replacement pump on the truck and got to work immediately. I have worked in the plumbing supply business for over 40 years and am no stranger to actual plumbing installations. Cody was the consummate professional. He went about the pump replacement in an organized and expert manner. The bill was well within the range that I had surmised it would be.
