Unlike big-box stores and online retailers who provide little or no ongoing maintenance for water treatment systems they sell, we provide this valuable service so you don’t have to worry about a thing when it comes to your water!

Cody, one of the service technicians, is a true asset to your company. He is personable and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer questions and does a thorough job changing my reverse osmosis filters and checking my water softener each year. He treats my home as if it was his own.I also had bought a new shower head and hadn't installed it yet, so I asked him if he would be able to do it for me. He was willing to fit it into his schedule despite being at the last minute.I'm very pleased with the service I receive from you.

I can't thank you enough for the quick and expert service we received from your staff on Friday.My husband called me at work around 4:30pm on Friday and told me we had no water from any of our faucets. We had been having water pressure issues and our dishwasher wasn't working, but I was shocked to hear him say "NO water". And it was close to 5pm on a Friday. I was in a panic. We have a "home warranty", so I called them first, but, I was told that wells weren't covered. I did a quick Facebook and internet search for recommended well contractors, but nothing looked right to me until I saw your website. It seemed to cover everything and didn't require me to make a diagnosis before calling.It was 4:45pm when I called and I was hoping you were still open. Amy was an angel on the phone and I soon stopped panicking. I packed up at work and headed for home. I was so surprised to see your truck already parked in front of my house when I got home! An hour later and a few good tips from Cody and our water was restored. We didn't have to cancel our weekend plans or board our dog and check into a hotel. And I didn't feel "ripped off". I felt taken care of and valued.Thank you and thank you to your staff for being so professional and caring.

I am so glad I called certain services inc. I have had 2 other companies come out to see why my aerator keeps over flowing. They kept changing the float switch which did not fix the problem. I’d wake up every other morning to a small lake in my yard. After calling certain services inc they come out one time and it’s been over a week and the problem has been repaired and only 1/3 of the cost of the other companies which did not find out the real reason it was overflowing. The tech ( CODY ) took the time to explain what the problem was as he was repairing it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CERTAIN SERVICES INC.

We were completely happy with the sales and service experience with this company, and after having our new system in service for three weeks now, we are delighted with the benefits of soft, clean water. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We never felt pressured to buy more system than we needed, and I felt the cost of equipment and installation was fair and reasonable in comparison to other options I researched. Bill came out and tested our water and answered all my questions. We decided on a water softener and a reverse osmosis. The softener already has made a huge difference in our whole home! The reverse osmosis water taste great, no more bottles of water! The whole team is great, they have also serviced a few family members of mine, and I am happy we decided on using Certain Services!

I recently called Certain Services to have my Outside water system inspected and cleaned. Amy was very professional, nice and helpful. Nick arrived well within the two hour window and is not only an excellent technician, but took the time to answer all my questions about the system, explaining everything he was doing along the way. I never realized the ‘chemistry’ behind the water system. Nick is extremely knowledgeable, and worked hard to clean the large tank. I am happy I have found a company I can rely on to inspect/clean in the future! I have had two other company’s in the past, and neither took everything apart to inspect. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bill Certain is the owner who is very knowledgeable on local water conditions for all your conditioning needs. His store and Shop are impeccably clean for a water treatment company. He frequently has classes for all of his employees so they are kept abreast of changing water conditions. The type of equipment he uses is top quality but that's what you want for getting good clean water!
